The award is really interesting and encouraging which adds more responsibility towards the business. It has energised the entire IME team to achieve more in the coming years. I never thought that I was eligible to be honoured with something like the boss Top 10 Business Excellence Awards, but now that I have the trophy in my hands, I am very thrilled and happy. I have always believed that success doesn’t necessarily mean getting to the top but doing the best and bringing out the leader in you, but I think such awards encourage one to move ahead with new enthusiasm. This award has definitely boosted my morale and I shall now work towards not letting down the glory of this award. I would also like to add that my husband Anin has equally contributed to the success of Tara Oriental, and all the credit goes to him for always bringing out the best in me.

the boss Top 10 Business Excellence Awards ceremony is a good recognition of the hard work done throughout the year. It motivates one to be on the top. Nepal SBI Bank has been recognised as the Best Commercial Bank, and I consider this as one of the biggest recognitions for sincere hard work done by the entire members of the organisation.

It is awesome and I am very happy. This award will be like a watch guard for me, for my morale in the days to come. I have received many awards in the past but this one is very special as I was recognised in my homeland.

Today, I feel great pride in accepting this award. Traditionally, efforts like mine have only been highlighted and recognised by the civil society and social organisations. With this award, I feel the business community too has given a nod to social empowerment endeavours such as mine.

I feel this award is a reminder to me to contribute more to business, society and country. Winning to me is an inspiration and encouragement. It’s appreciation for what one has done. I think I have been awarded because I think my contribution to the business has also been reflected in the development of society. This award adds mileage to my career. It will encourage me to constantly better myself in business. It’s the inspiration to add continuous growth to the business too.

It really feels good receiving the award. Thanks to my competitors because only on being able to face the challenges that they had thrown was I able to grab this award, or stand where I am today. It is a great encouragement to achieve more.

It’s a huge honour and recognition and the creation of history. It’s the first time that the category of Best Insurance Company has been included in the awards and we not only made it into the nomination, we actually became the first one to raise the trophy. It’s an appreciation of our relentless dedication in insuring service irrespective of the circumstances.

Receiving the award is a matter of great feeling. It is actually recognition of our good work as well as a matter of confidence that anything targeted can be achieved. It provides a great deal of encouragement for more perseverance and effort. Being awarded as the Best Development Bank for the year 2010, I’d like to thank the boss and Surya Nepal for organising such a wonderful event and all the judges, CEDB team and the clients who enabled CEDB to receive the award.

It is a fantastic recognition which will inspire me to work harder. It’s not me but my team who deserve this award. The mission is not completed yet, instead I will continue to work with higher spirit.

I am extremely happy. It is a great step in my career. I was recognised and I feel that I will be watched more closely in the coming days. At times I have been criticised of being too aggressive in my industry, but this award has justified what I did.

I feel the award is an appropriate launch-pad to my career and will elevate me up the ladders of success. With this award, I believe my potential has been recognised and new doors of opportunities have opened up for me.
